I love Cascade Vision SO MUCH. I grew up in a small town and knew everyone and every business owner, and those businesses treated people more like friends than just faceless customers. This is what Cascade Vision feels like. I love them all so much and look forward to seeing them every time I have an appointment! Great customer service and easy to do contact lens ordering. Highly recommended!

We appreciate the clarity of his examinations and explanations of our age related vision transitions. Everyone on the staff has been upbeat and pretty happy, which makes conversations about eyes and everything else very pleasant.

What a joy it is when you find a wonderful practitioner to one of the health professions (in this case vision). This is my 2nd interaction with Cascade Vision and it just keeps getting better. Dr. Sifrit is wonderful! He's knowledgeable, puts you at ease, and is pretty funny to boot. The best part? So is the supporting staff (I'm talking about David since he's the only one I've interacted with so far.... also| knowledgeable, puts you at ease, and funny to boot). I cannot stress enough to give them a chance if you're in the market for a new optometrist; I doubt anyone would be disappointed!

Shift's innovative treatment therapies for dry eyes have resolved my severe issues. I appreciate that Dr. Shift uses his more effective treatments with a "less is more" stance, vs. throwing drugs at an issue. David, at the front desk, is a sweetheart and all of his staff are welcoming, warm, and efficient.

Great business, respectful of pronouns and gender identity, staff was all wonderful intelligent and fun to deal with. Eye exam was prompt, fast, painless, and they don't use that machine that blows air in your eye -How fantastic!
Worked with doc Jason Sifrit - what a man, what a man, what a man, what a mighty good man, yes he is. Absolutely wonderful, incredibly patient as I constantly switch between options 5&6 and 7&8 to make sure I get lenses that were perfect for me.
His attention to detail through the exam process lead to the discovery that I've been using the wrong prescription in my right eye for at least the last two years and my vision is phenomenally better than I ever thought it was. Also pointed out some early signs of glaucoma in one of my eyes so you know what that means.
Anyways long and short, cascade vision is a great business in our community and has a customer for as long as I stay in Seattle. 5 stars and great all around.

I first came to Cascade Vision on recommendation from a friend, and so far I have worked with Jason Sifrit and Anjali Rupela. Both of them are wonderful - knowledgeable, transparent, and kind. I didn't even know 1 was struggling with dry eyes, and with their help and treatment, my dry eyes have become very manageable for the past few years.
Unfortunately, my insurance isn't accepted at the Seattle location which is right near where I live, but my insurance is accepted in the Renton location. I normally wouldn't make the commute out so far, but it's worth it!

Dr. Sifrit is an outstanding physician! | cannot give enough stars * to this man!! My recent cataract laser surgery has given me back my 20/20 vision!!! As a side effect from my surgery I developed a severe case of dry eye syndrome; however, Dr. Sifrit's BRILLIANT protocol (which by the way, I think should be acknowled and historically recorded in medical journals for his leading edge insight and forward thinking) completely resolved my issues! 20/20 vision and no dry eyes! I feel so fortunate to I have Dr. Sirit as my optometrist!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I had an eye problem on the Friday before a 3-day weekend, and my regular doctor was out of town.
Cascade made room for me to visit, and Dr. Rupela gave me a thorough check-up. She was thoughtful, attentive and kind. I recommend Cascade highly.
